Here, you will be able to register online or download the registration form. You will also find information on the methods of payment and cancellation policy.
Registration for activities
Please note that the on-line registration service is now closed. You still have the possibility to register,
using the pdf version of the registration form and send it by fax. However, due to the short notice, we cannot
guarantee that all registration forms will be processed before the event. Any other request can be made on-site
at the registration counters in Viger Hall at the Palais des congrès of Montréal, starting Wednesday, November 21, 2007, at 7:30am.

The on-line registration form is now closed. If you only wish to register for the tour of the exhibition only, you must
report to the Registration Counter on the day of the event to get your pass. The registration counters, located in the Viger
Hall of the Palais des congrès de Montréal, will be open from 7:30am, on Wednesday, November 21, 2007.
Methods of Payment
Payments must be made in Canadian dollars. Your registration will be valid once the duly completed form and full payment have been received by the Grand Rendez vous Secretariat. Your will then receive confirmation of your registration.
Payments can be made by cheque or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
- Payment by cheque: Cheques must be payable to Opus 3 inc. (Grand Rendez-vous santé et sécurité du travail).
NOTE : In order to accelerate registration process and to ensure that payments are allocated to the correct bookings, the name(s) of the registered participant(s) must be mentioned as a reference one the back of the cheque.
- Payment by credit card: Please note that the transaction will appear under the name "Opus 3 / Grand Rendez-vous" on your next statement. In the event of a calculation error, Opus 3 inc. reserves the right to amend the total owing.
If you are eligible to a tax exemption, we remind you to fax your certificate to the Grand Rendez-vous Secretariat.
Cancellation policy
Any request to cancel registration for paid activities must be sent in writing to the Grand Rendez-vous Secretariat. Requests for cancellation received before November 1, 2007 are eligible for a refund as per the following conditions:
- Until October 31, 2007 (23:59 local time) - Refund of 50% of the total amount of the registration fees.
- No refund after November 1, 2007 (00 :00 local time).
Registration and Information Counter
The counter is located in Viger Hall, on Level 2 of the Palais des congrès de Montréal. It will be open from 7:30 a.m., Wednesday, November 21, 2007. Report to this counter to register and pick up your badge and tickets for the activities you have signed up for. Please note that you must wear your badge at all times.
