GUIDE OFFICIEL DU GRAND RENDEZ-VOUS
WHAT TO DO TO MAXIMIZE YOUR PRESENCE AT THE EXHIBITION
 |
 |
| Before the Exhibition: |
- Set goals and objectives you wish to reach
- Quantify your objectives
|
| Planning: |
- The general aspect of your stand is important. Did you think of renting or buying:
- Floor covering (carpet, etc.)
- A pop-up, spectra light or partitions
- Some posters (short and punchy messages)
- Plan your space. Any spot is good, but a dynamic and well-decorated stand makes a big difference.
- Think of what will draw the visitors' attention.
- Bring visuals.
- Allow the visitors to enter your stand, do not block the entrance.
- Think of product demonstrations.
|
| Coach your employees: |
- Never remain seated behind a table or a counter
- Never eat or read in front of visitors
- Offer to visitors an experience they will not forget!
|
A training session will be offered to all exhibitors in September. Make sure you check your e-mails for more information. This training will be offered in French only.
