Rules and regulations of the draw *
* Participants to the conferences must have paid their entire registration fees before the event to the Grand Rendez-vous Secretariat, in order to qualify to enter our draw.
Please note that you can pay directly online or ask to be billed.
> If you are experiencing difficulties in completing the online form, please download the PDF version. Please note that you can fill out the form directly in the PDF, print it, and then send it by mail or fax to the Grand Rendez-vous Secretariat.
NOTE: As there are a limited amount of paid activities available to participants, it is recommended you register at the latest September 16, 2010. Registrations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
The early-bird rate will only apply to participants for which payment will have been received by the Secretariat no later than September 16, 2010, 11:59 p.m.

If you only wish to tour the exhibition, you have two choices: 1. Online registration: You can fill out the on-line registration form and speed up the process for retrieving your identification badge. 2. On-site registration: You may also report to the Registration Counter on the day of the event to get your pass. |
